DUE TO ONGOING COVID PANDEMIC WE ARE CURRENTLY SERVICING COD BUT ARE ACCEPTING ORDERS ON OFFLINE E-PAYMENTS BASIS AS WELL ON SPECIAL REQUESTS OF CUSTOMERS (i.e. On placing the order the customer can request the account details / e-payment platform details of Schaffung Remedies over call on +919811393333 while mentioning your order number and make the e-payment on the mutually agreed e-payment platform and once said payment reflects in our account the order shall be dispatched on Prepaid Basis.)

RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION AND SHIPPING CHARGES POLICY

Schaffung Remedies team facilitates processing correct products as per order and strives to service the products in right conditions/ without any damage every time a consumer places an order. We also strongly recommend the items are checked at the time of delivery.


DEFINITION:

'Return' means an action of giving back the product ordered at Schaffung Remedies portal by the consumer. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of return of product:

  1. Product(s) delivered do not match your order;

  2. Product(s) delivered are past or near to its expiry date (products with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry);

  3. Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not to accept any product which has a tampered seal):

Note: If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases we will offer a refund.


In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we'd be happy to assist and resolve your concern. You may raise a Return request with our customer care within 02 (Two) days from the delivery of the product. Schaffung Remedies reserves the right to cancel the Return request, if the customer reaches out to Schaffung Remedies after 2 (Two) days of delivery.


Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, Schaffung Remedies shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If Schaffung Remedies finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process.


In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Schaffung Remedies reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Schaffung Remedies in this regard.

The returns are subject to the below conditions:-

  1. Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return;

  2. Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice; and

  3. Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. For Return intimation, please contact us through our website, email us on schaffungremedies@gmail.com or call us at +91-9811393333 (Open 9 AM - 7 PM from Monday – Saturday).

  2. Schaffung Remedies customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 48 (forty-eight) business hours from the time of receipt of complaint.

  3. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, Schaffung Remedies will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned. Shipping charges for collection (as applicable) of said product(s) shall be borne by the customer.

  4. The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.

  5. Refund will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from date of reverse pick up (if required).

REFUND PROCESS:

In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, Refund will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from date of reverse pick up (if required) and payment will be refunded as mentioned below:

  1. Order placed through 3rd party e-payment platform/ gateway will be refunded as per the discretion & policy of the payment gateway; and

  2. Order placed through cash on delivery will be refunded through fund transfer to customer bank account (as shared by the customer).


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We (Schaffung Remedies) use 3rd Party Delivery Services and currently we ship within India (complying with Law & Order situation from state to state).

Delivery is made within 3 to 5 working days after Order Confirmation (receipt of Online Order(s)).

SHIPPING CHARGES

Orders with a payable amount of Rs. 1000 or more will qualify for free delivery. A standard delivery charge of Rs. 100 will be applied otherwise.


COD ORDER:

Upon placing a COD (Cash On Delivery) order, the customer shall receive a verification call (within 24 (twenty four) hours of placing the order) on their contact number mentioned while placing said order. Should they verify their details, the COD order shall be allowed to proceed. If due to any reason the customer is unable to verify their order & delivery related details, Schaffung Remedies reserves the right to cancel said order.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Customer cancellation:

The customer can cancel the order for the product till before Schaffung Remedies ships it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Schaffung Remedies cancellation:

There may be certain orders that Schaffung Remedies is unable to accept and/or service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, shipping restrictions or non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you.


Schaffung Remedies also reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by Schaffung Remedies as per certain criteria.


An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:

  1. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale;

  2. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address;

  3. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered;

  4. Invalid address given in order details;

  5. Any malpractice used to place the order.
